Carmen Rapier, age 87, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 24, 2025. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother; and will be greatly missed. Carmen is preceded in death by her parents; Hilarion Ituarte and Francisca Enriquez; her loving husband; Charles Rapier; and her siblings; Felix Enriquez, Manuel Enriquez, Hilarion Enriquez, Jose Enriquez, Hilario Enriquez, Elodia Enriquez and Leonor Enriquez. She is survived by her dearest daughters; Angelica Villalva Renteria, Maria Lourdes Aguirre and Norma Moreno; her siblings; Jesus Enriquez, Michaela Enriquez, Modesta Enriquez and Maria Enriquez; her 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Monday, June 02, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 12:00 pm on June 03, 2025 at La Purisima Catholic Church, 328 S. Nevarez, Socorro, TX, 79927. A Graveside Service will follow at 1:30 pm at Evergreen East Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 N. Loop Dr., El Paso, Texas 79907.
