Carmine Ruggiero

Carmine Ruggiero passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025, surrounded by his loving wife, children, and grandchildren. He was born on June 13, 1944, in Bucciano, a small town northeast of Naples,
Italy. During his years in Italy, Carmine proudly served in the Italian Army. On August 8, 1970, he married his beloved wife, Barbara, in Pastorano, Italy.
In 1973, they immigrated to the United States and made their home in the Bronx, New York. A hardworking and dedicated painter, Carmine built his own business with the steadfast support of his wife.
Later, they moved to Eastchester, New York. Carmine had a love for the outdoors-he enjoyed hunting, spending time in nature, and taking trips upstate. He took great pride in his garden, growing vegetables, making homemade wine, and sharing it all generously with family and friends. Above all, Carmine was a devoted family man who found joy in providing for and taking care of those he loved.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Barbara; his three children, Josephine, Domenico, Giovanna (her husband Peter), and his two cherished grandchildren, Ava and Peter.
