Carol Ann Allen-Conner was born on November 10th, 1948 to Alice and Ulysses Allen Sr. in Waco, Texas. She went to Stewart Junior High, and went to Lincoln High school. She was a member of Marcetta Ki Drill team, she graduated from high school in 1967. Carol went to TCC for 2 years, then transferred to University of Washington. Carol started working for Washington State Employment Office. She met and married Pleze Jr. Conner "Billy".

They had a daughter Rauchelle Conner August 6th, 1978 in Seattle, Washington. Carol worked at Metro Transit up until 1989. Then Carol and Rauchelle, move to Tacoma, Washington in 1989. She worked at Peerless Laundry until 1996, and worked at Capital One Finance until she retired in 2005. In 2011 she started taking care of one of her God children and in 2018 Carol had another godchild that she helped take care of. Carol retired from taking care of her God children full time in 2022. Carol started working at All Ways Caring in 2023 to date.

Carol has been a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church since 1997. She sang in the church choir and was a member for many years.

Carol loves to travel, was a sports fan of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, Seattle Supersonics. She also liked sewing, and arts and crafts, and love taking walks.

She is she is survived by her daughter Rauchelle, her brother Lee Allen (Diane Allen), her sister's Brenda Patterson, and Patricia Wilson. A host of cousins, nieces and nephews and most of all her friends. She will be missed dearly.

Her home Going Services will be held 11am, July 11th, 2025 at Bethlehem Baptist Church 4818 E Portland Ave, Tacoma, WA 98404
