Carol Benton Obituary
She was born on August 24, 1956 to the late Edward Lambert and Kathleen Harriet (Murphy) Cramer.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harry Ellsworth Benton, Jr on June 4, 2024.
She devoted her life to caring for her home, her family, and the farm she loved. Carol loved her animals, found joy in baking, and never missed an opportunity to spoil her grandkids.
She is survived by her daughter Jenny Raifsnider (Rob); daughter Kristina Clark (Jereme); son Jeremy Curry; son Josh Benton; son Matthew Benton (Missy); son Daniel Benton (Trisha); grandkids Gage Curry, Linkin Clark, Parker Clark, Becca Raifsider, Dilyn Benton, Kalvin Benton and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband and parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brothers Edward Cramer, Jr. and James Cramer, Sr.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, MD on Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 6:00-8:00pm. The funeral home will be open after 1:00 pm on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 11:00am with Pastor Aaron Clark. Burial will be private.
