Carol Jane "Fett" Bianchi

Carol Jane (nee Fett) Bianchi, 89, of Paterson went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 26, 2025.

Born in Passaic, New Jersey, Mrs. Bianchi resided in the Totowa section of Paterson for most of her life before moving to Rockaway in 2022. Prior to marriage, she was a bookkeeper with First National Bank of New Jersey in Paterson. After raising her children, she embarked on a 20-year retail career as Assistant Manager at JC Penney at Willowbrook Mall in Wayne.

Carol loved gardening and caring for her flowers and tomato plants. She and her late husband, Joe enjoyed dancing and fishing near her daughter in Rockaway. Carol also enjoyed cheering for Special Olympics athletes at their bowling and track and field events.

She attended Calvary Temple International of Wayne and was a member of the Regina Mundi Council #3969, Knights of Columbus and the Order of Alhambra.

Carol was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Bianchi, in 2007; her parents, Joseph and Bertha (nee Birkner) Fett, her former husband, Leroy Balduini; her son-in-law, Danny Smith; her brother, Joseph Fett, Jr.; and her brother-in-law, Rick Blacow.

Survivors include: her children, Susan Smith of Rockaway and Douglas Balduini and his wife, Carla of Haledon; her brother, Dennis Fett and his wife, Debbie of Minden, Iowa; her sister, Barbara Blacow of Mill Spring, NC; her sister-in-law, Terry Fett of North Haledon and her nephew, Joseph Fett and her two nieces, Julie Fett and Teresa Balduini and many cousins.

Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Monday, Sept. 29, 2025 at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Little Falls. Funeral will be 11:00 am Tuesday from the funeral home followed by interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Memorial Contributions to Thunderbirds Special Sports, 32 Sioux Avenue, Rockaway, NJ 07866 would be appreciated.
