Carol Jean Dusick passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona, at the age of 84. Born on October 14, 1941, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Carol's life was a testament to the power of love, family, and resilience. Carol's journey began in the heart of Milwaukee, where she was born to loving parents, Frances and Joseph Misorski, and grew up with nine siblings and many nieces and nephews.
Carol met Jerry Dusick in 1958 in Highschool and a few years later she married her soulmate, Jerry and together they built a life filled with joy, challenges, and triumphs. Their love story spanned 64 beautiful years, during which they raised a family. She was a devoted mother to Michele (Todd) Koceja and the late Bradley Dusick, cherishing every moment spent with her children.
Carol's legacy continued to grow with the addition of her beloved grandchildren, Justin (Kayla) Koceja and Lindsay Koceja, who brought her immeasurable happiness. She was blessed to witness the birth of her great-grandchildren, Graham and Emery, and embraced her role as a great-grandmother with the same love and dedication she had shown throughout her life.
After residing in Milwaukee for the first half of her life, Carol and Jerry embarked on a new adventure, moving to Arizona, where they enjoyed the warmth and beauty of the desert for 38 years. Carol loved the Arizona deserts, mountains, beautiful sunsets and her pool. Carol enjoyed traveling with her husband on his many business trips including Europe. Carol enjoyed hoarse back riding, going to the casino, and watching her Phoenix Suns and the Diamondbacks.
As we remember Carol Jean Dusick, we celebrate a life lived with purpose and joy. Her memory will be cherished by her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the countless friends whose lives she touched. Carol's legacy of love, kindness, and generosity including St Judes will continue to shine brightly, guiding us through our own journeys with the same courage and grace she showed throughout her remarkable life.
