Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory - LubbockCarol Jean Eldrige, 62, passed away December 2, 2025, in Lubbock, TX. She was born in Coos Bay, OR, November 1, 1963, to Kenneth and Cleta (White) Eldridge. Carol loved and followed the Lord; her greatest accomplishment in life, leading those she met to the Lord.
Carol enjoyed crocheting (her favorite color was purple), watching the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), and she loved to laugh. On her list of favorite things were pepperoni pizza, root beer, and cheesecake.
Carol was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leon and Inez white, her parents, Kenneth and Cleta Eldridge, and a brother, Kenneth Ray Eldridge. She is survived by a sister, Sandra Eldridge, a niece, Jennifer Morse, and an aunt, Vickie Harbour.
The family of Carol Eldridge will honor and celebrate her life with a memorial service at 2:00pm, Monday, December 15, 2025, at Lakeside Rehabilitation and Care Center, located at 4306 24th St, Lubbock, TX 79410. Carol will be laid to rest at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery, on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 10:00am.
Jennifer Morse extends a special “Thank You” to the staff at Lakeside Rehabilitation and Care Center for the many years of care they provided for Carol; filled with laughter and friendship.
Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lubbock.
