Carol A. Fuentes

Carol A. Fuentes of Ellenville, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 19, 2022. She was 73 years old. Carol was born on April 29, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY; she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Koch) Baumer.
Carol was the sweetest, most kind hearted person you would ever meet. She loved entertaining for her family and friends, whether it was barbeques in the summer or holiday get togethers, the more people the merrier. Carol had a sweet tooth for candy and didn't mind sharing with everyone. She enjoyed playing BINGO, Pokeno and scratch offs. Carol will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her children, Margaret Owsinski, Robert Fuentes Jr., Nelida Owsinski and her husband Robert, Philip Fuentes and Carolann Avery and her husband Kirk; her companion of over 25 years Michael Thomas; her sisters, Patricia Baumer and Eileen Gavaris; eleven grandchildren, Nicole, Cory, Lil Rob, Cynthia, Amanda, Samantha, Josh, Emily, Edward, Easton and Elana; her grandsons-in-law, Nick and Anthony and four great grandchildren, Angelica, Nicholas, Dominick and Anthony.
In addition to her parents, Carol was predeceased by her brother Henry Baumer.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 25th at the Ellenville Assembly of God Church, 67 Canal St., Ellenville. All are welcome.
