Carol Garvey Obituary

Carol was preceded in death by mother Joan and brother James and is survived by her children Emily Beaulieu (Joe) and Michael Prochilo, her grandchildren, father James, siblings Laura Cramer, Colleen Bachelder (Kevin), Jennifer Garvey Mahoney, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Carol was an avid baseball fan, especially the Oakland A's. After a playoff game in 1975, Carol was fortunate to meet Charlie Finley the A's Owner and GM at the hotel he was staying at, and he signed her Program which made her day! Carol had a great love of music greats Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5, Diana Ross and the Supremes, The Pointer Sisters and Gloria Estefan and the Sound Machine are just a few that come to mind. In her younger years, Carol was a Yoga and Aerobics enthusiast.
Carol will forever be in our hearts and lovingly missed.
A private service for Carol will be for immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Carol's name to UMass Memorial.
