Carol Janet Haroldson

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Carol Janet Haroldson (Hanson), who passed away peacefully on July 17th, 2025 at the age of 90 in Minnetonka, MN. She was born on January 14th, 1935 in Whitehall, WI.
She was a loving mother to Della Haroldson, Debbie Petschl (William), Susan Holscher (Chuck). A cherished grandmother to Jennifer Zahn, Krista Wilcox (Jordan), Emily Gilles (Danny) and Nick Holscher. And she adored her great grandchildren Olivia Wilcox, David Wilcox, Eva Wilcox and June Gilles. She is also survived by siblings, Alice Pyka, Harry Hanson, Lila Smick and Charles Hanson. She was so proud of all her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren L. Haroldson, parents Iver and Goldie Hanson (Moe), siblings Marion Kosmala, La Vina Abts, Orion Hanson, Elaine Semb.
Carol will be remembered for her smile and her kindness. She was always quick to laugh. Her smile lit up a room and turned strangers into friends. She had a large group of friends and she cherished every minute with them.
A funeral service will be held on Friday August 15th, 2025 at Minnehaha Community Lutheran Church - - - aka Bread of Life Deaf Lutheran Church 4101 37th Avenue S. Mpls MN 55406. Visitation at 10 a.m. Service at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bread of Life Deaf Lutheran Church or Fagerness Cemetery (family cemetery).
