Carol E. Jensen, 78, of Green Bay, passed away on November 10, 2025 at Aurora Baycare Medical Center.
She was born on December 26, 1946 to Bill and Ethel (Funk) Engel in Withee, Wisconsin. Carol worked most of her young life on her parents farm until she moved to Green Bay with her sister.
On January 7, 1967, she married Michael Jensen. Carol and Michael lived in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Carol worked in media production for Time Warner and as a photographer in her free time.
She really enjoyed watching Wisconsin sports teams, especially the Green Bay Packers. Carol was the most selfless, caring, loving mother you could possibly hope for. She touched countless lives with her kindness and generosity, and she will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. Carol always maintained a positive attitude and kept her sense of humor, no matter what life threw her way. Her daughter lovingly notes, "It was an honor to be her daughter."
Carol is survived by her husband, Michael, and daughter, Jill (Chad) Margraf. She is further survived by her brother, Roger and sister, Charlotte.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family would like to thank the Green Bay Rescue Squad and the staff at Aurora Baycare hospital for all of their care and compassion.
