Carol A. Knisely (nee Tovey) age 85. Beloved wife of the late Calvin Knisely; loving mother of Jerry O'Hara (deceased), Michael O'Hara, Kathy Simon (Rich), Carol Bostic (John), Tom Reynolds, and Mark Knisely; proud grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother of many; cherished aunt, cousin, and dear friend of many; daughter of the late Edward Tovey Sr., Ruth and Cliff Sargent; sister of late Edward Tovey (Patricia).
Carol lit up every room she entered with her beautiful heart, smile, and love that she had for her family. She had deep appreciation for chocolate, a keen sense of fashion, and an adoration for flowers. Renowned among her family and friends for her endearing back scratches and tender snuggles, she crafted memorable moments with children from every generation, providing comfort and warmth that will long be cherished.
Passed away December 23, 2025. Funeral Mass Wednesday, December 31, St. Bernadette Church (2256 Clague Road, Westlake, OH 44145) at 10:30AM. Interment Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may call CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD. AT STEARNS, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 30, 4-6 pm.
