Obituary of Carol C. Pepitone
Carol Pepitone, 82, of Vineland, NJ, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was raised and grew up in Minotola, and then a resident of Vineland for the remainder of her life.
Carol was selfless and family was everything to her. She was an amazing baker and cook and took pride in everything she did. Her vibrant personality, smile and witty sense of humor will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her. She worked in administrative roles for the family business Nu-Rain Irrigation, the Boy Scouts of America and the LSA for many years, as well as being a homemaker and devoted grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, John Pepitone, after 65 years of love and friendship; her five children: Robert (Karen), Steven (Lisa), David (Gay), Anita (Kevin) Pepitone Brown, and Ronald (Dawn); her grandchildren: Jennifer, Anthony, Glenn, Summer, Gianna, and Johnny; two great grandchildren: Joshua and Kailani; and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her sisters, Patricia Curley-Fortuna, and Juanita Gardiner; and brother Donald Carini. She is predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Helen Carini; her brothers, Dennis and Leslie Carini; in-laws Catherine "Katie" and Mario "Lamar" Pepitone; and daughter-in-law Karen Pepitone.
Friends and family will be received on Friday, January 12th, 2024, from 10:00am until 11:00am, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00am, at St. Padre Pio Parish - Church of Our Lady of Pompeii, 4680 Dante Ave., Vineland, NJ. Inurnment will follow in the church cemetery.
