Carol A. Przybyszewski

Carol Ann (Pryber) Przybyszewski, age 73, of Erie passed away on November 6, 2024. She was born in Erie on October 31, 1951, to the late Leonard and Frances (Bujalski) Przybyszewski, Sr.
She is survived by two sisters Janet (Bob) Larson of Springcreek, PA and Kathy (Dave) Noonan of Harborcreek, a brother Leonard (Beth) Przybyszewski, Jr. of Edinboro; nine nieces and nephews, Ashley (Travis) Simchek of South Carolina, Jarrett (Felicia) Przybyszewski of Gloucester, MA, Emily Przybyszewski of Colorado, Mike (Jenn) Larson of McKean, Brian (Julie) Larson of Millcreek, Melissa Larson (Jason Komisarski) of Fairview, Joseph, Matthew and Jeffrey Noonan all of Harborcreek. She is also survived by an Aunt Patricia Glover and many cousins, great nieces and nephews, best friends, Rita Fronzalia, Chris Waldinger, Christine Yamrick, Liz Swantek, Doreen Duska and Joy Mackowski.
Carol worked at the Erie Times News for 41 years, always in the Advertising Department. She was the former secretary, treasurer and president of the Local Union as well as the former vice president for the International Union.
Friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 2 to 7 pm at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th Street. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday at 11 am at Sacred Heart Church, 806 West 26th. Burial will be private at Mary Queen of Peace Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 1645 West 8th Street, Erie, PA 16505 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
A special thanks to Aunt Patricia Glover, cousin Linda Rhines for their love, care and support. Also, thanks to Interim Hospice, particularly, Gracie, Renee, Michelle, Jamie and Chris, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, Dr. David Seastone, Gretchen, Kelly and the entire staff at the infusion center with helping Carol in her final journey.
