It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carol S. (Wing) Warren, age 80, beloved wife of James S. Warren Sr., for 56 years. Carol peacefully departed this life on September 4, 2025, at her home in Lakeville, MA, following a lengthy illness. Born in Fall River, MA, she was the cherished daughter of the late Richard M. Wing Sr. and the late Harriet E. (Brown) Wing.

Carol dedicated her life to caring for others as a certified nurse's aide, providing compassionate support to residents in several local nursing homes. Beyond her professional commitments, she was deeply passionate about fundraising and charity work, embodying the spirit of community service. Carol found joy in the simpler pleasures of life, whether it was playing bingo, traveling, or enjoying cherished moments with her family.

A communicant of Sts. Martha & Mary Church in Lakeville, Carol's faith, was a cornerstone of her life. She is survived by her loving husband James and their daughter Pamela Aguiar, along with her husband Richard; son James S. Warren Jr.; grandchildren Jeremy Pereira and his wife Carissa, and Richard Aguiar Jr.; and great-grandchildren Aurora, Raelynn, and Rain. Carol will also be remembered fondly by her sister Sandra Horan, numerous nieces and nephews, and her lifelong friend Pat Fisher.

Carol was predeceased by her beloved daughter Kimberly Pereira and her siblings: brother Richard M. Wing Jr., and sisters Claire Kerrigan, Esther Sokolski, and Betty Wing Mancuso.

Visitation for Carol S. Warren will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, located at 280 Bedford Street in Lakeville, MA. A funeral home service will follow at 12:00 PM. Carol will be laid to rest at Assonet Burying Ground after the service.

In this time of sorrow, we invite all who knew and loved Carol to join us in paying tribute to a remarkable woman who touched the lives of so many. She will be missed dearly but remembered for her unwavering kindness, loving spirit, and dedication to family and community.
