In Loving Memory of Carol Lizabeth Wilmeth
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Carol Lizabeth Wilmeth. Carol, aged 69, was born
in
Wichita Falls, Texas on October 24, 1954, and departed this mortal realm on November 26, 2023, in
Yukon, Oklahoma. Carol's life was filled with passion, love, and grace, leaving an indelible mark on the
lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Throughout her career, Carol exemplified unwavering dedication and compassion as a nurse, tending to
the needs of the ailing with tenderness and care. Her healing touch brought comfort and solace to
countless individuals during their times of greatest vulnerability. Furthermore, Carol shared her talents
in the world of television and film, contributing as a background actor and Talent Manager.
However, above all her accomplishments, Carol cherished her role as a devoted wife, mother, and
grandmother. She is survived by her husband, John Wheeler; children, Justin Wilmeth, Jessica Puga, and
Jason Hinds; daughter-in-law, Michela Hinds; son-in-law, Alex Puga; and sister, Renee Wilmeth.
Additionally, she will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Adelaide, Elowen, Killian, and Sebastian.
Carol also leaves behind her cherished pets, Ozzie and Zena. She was preceded in death by her parents,
Norman and Donna Wilmeth, as well as her sister, Lora Wilmeth.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Carol delighted in pursuing her personal interests and hobbies.
She possessed an insatiable curiosity for the supernatural, finding fascination and wonder in the
mysteries of the unknown. Her love for the arts was boundless, as she reveled in the world of acting and
found solace in the timeless classics of the silver screen. Moreover, she held a deep reverence for
history and an unwavering commitment to preserving her ancestral legacy. In her youth, Carol's
adventurous spirit propelled her to excel in the art of competitive barrel racing, forging an unbreakable
bond with her horse, Spunky Sue.
A celebration of Carol Wilmeth's extraordinary life will be held on Saturday, December 9th, from 2pm to
4pm, in Oklahoma City. The location details will be graciously provided by the family upon request. In
recognition of her compassionate nature, the family kindly requests that contributions in her memory
