Peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 Carole (Delfonso) Fletcher, age 82, of Cranberry Twp., formerly of Franklin Park. Beloved wife for 50 years of Robert Fletcher; sister of Donna Wilson, Anthony Delfonso, and the late Ellen Delfonso; sister in law of Rodger (late Judy) Fletcher; aunt of Melissa Colletta, Allison Wilson, Ashley Delfonso, Anissa (Zack) Lieb, Daniel Fletcher, Rodger "Dodge" (Tina) Fletcher, Richard (Wendy) Fletcher; great aunt of Madeline Booth, Paige (Kurt) Schuhlen, Ian Fletcher, Cameron Fletcher, Ryan Fletcher, Eric Fletcher, Julia Fletcher, and Jamie Fletcher; great great aunt of Avery Schuhlen; also survived by many cousins. Carole taught high school Spanish for many years in the Fox Chapel School District. She and her husband, Robert, made their home in Franklin Park, where Carole's love for gardening was apparent in the beauty of their yard and garden. A devout Catholic, Carole cherished spending holidays and Sunday dinners surrounded by family. During these gatherings, the deep and abiding love between Carole and Bobby was always beautifully evident. Friends will be received on Thursday, May 15, 2025 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Simons Funeral Home, Inc., 7720 Perry Hwy., Pittsburgh, PA 15237. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 11 a.m. in St. Ferdinand Church, Divine Grace Parish, 253 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066 followed by burial in Holy Savior Cemetery.
