Carolee D. Nargi, 82, of Nokomis, Florida died on September 20, 2025. Carolee was born in Yonkers, New York, to Frank Lanzilote and Carmella (Stefanelli). Carolee had lived in Mount Vernon and Peekskill, New York before living in Nokomis, Florida for 48 years. Carole retired as a manager in the banking industry. Carolee was formerly an active member in the Venice-Nokomis Ladies of the Elks (FLOE), and a dedicated parent to her deceased daughter (Denise) who attended The Venice Loveland Center and Special Olympics. Carolee is survived by an older sister Elaine Schwartz and younger brother Dr. Frank Lanzilote. Carolee is also survived by her daughter and son in law Diane and Ron Lerigo, a son Dominick and 2 granddaughters, LeAnn Lerigo and Jacqueline (Andrew) Forcucci A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, 5pm until 7pm, at Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Ewing Chapel, 140 E. Venice Avenue, Venice, FL 34285. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 10:30am, at Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Ewing Chapel, 140 E. Venice Avenue, Venice, FL 34285. Burial to follow at Venice Memorial Gardens.
