Pasquale A. Nargi, 95, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Born on September 20, 1929, in
Milford, MA, he was a man whose life was defined by devotion to his family, service to his country, and a warm-hearted presence that left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Pasquale, affectionately known as Pat to his friends, was the proud son of the late Pasquale Nargi, Sr. and Patricia (Murphy) Nargi. He was a loving husband to his wife, the late "Connie" (Massaro) Nargi, with whom he shared a beautiful and enduring partnership for 62 years. Together, they raised a family that was the center of his world: his son, John P. Nargi of Boston, and his daughters, Pauline M. Dean of Uxbridge, and Maryellen Nargi of Westborough.
Pat's legacy extends to his adored grandchildren, Jeffrey Dean, Timothy Dean, and Matthew Dean and his partner Amy Jakubielski, great grand daughters Rylie and Maddie Dean who will carry forward the lessons of compassion and integrity he instilled in them. He also leaves behind his in laws Barbara A. Nargi, Pauline Toffolon and her husband Joseph, Frank Massaro and his wife Marie Massaro; dear family friend, Steven Wright; many nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in his heart. He was predeceased by his brother, Robert Nargi and son-in-law, Ralph Dean.
Pat served his country in the U.S. Army with the same dedication and honor that he would later bring to his civilian life. After his military service, he returned to Milford and became a beloved figure in the community as the owner and operator of Pat's Barber Shop for over 40 years. His shop was more than a place for a haircut; it was a hub of friendship and camaraderie, where his kind and thoughtful nature made every customer feel like family.
He loved to golf, was an avid reader and loved sports. Above all else he loved his family and was "the best father" who loved any and all family gatherings.
