Carolina Rodriguez of Mansfield, Texas, was called home to be with the Lord on July 2, 2025, at the age of 85.
Carolina was born August 26, 1939, in Blue Earth, Minnesota to Reynaldo Rios and SanJuana Salazar Rios. She graduated from Diamond Hill Jarvis High School.
She enjoyed planting flowers, puzzles, word searches, and reading.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the doctors and nurses at Mansfield Methodist for taking great care of our mom while she was hospitalized.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Reynaldo and SanJuana Rios; daughter, Leticia Rodriguez; granddaughter, Celina Aleman; siblings, Adolph Rios, Ray Rios, Ester Trujillo, Elena Rios, Joe Rios; grandson, Paul Aleman.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Renee and Tony Blythe, Janie and Wade Cassidy; sons, Leray and Ramona Rodriguez, Elisio and Cecilia Rodriguez, Larry and Berta Rodriguez; sisters, Juanita and Rene Garcia, Lily Flores, Rosa Navejar and significant other Charles Reid; brother, Ramon and Delores Rios; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
