Caroline Sue Bundy (Daniels) was born on March 24th, 1946, to James Allen Daniels and Betty Pearl Moody in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She passed away at Saint Francis Hospital on Saturday, September 24, 2022.
Caroline was the oldest of four children. She loved her mother and three younger brothers dearly and cared for them deeply. Raised by a single mother, she worked to help with the family. She had a deep passion to know God at a young age, so she asked her grandfather to take her to church. Where she accepted him as her Lord and Savior.
There were many interests that Caroline had throughout her life. Antiques, cooking, bargain shopping, gardening, and holidays. She made every holiday special for everyone and had open doors (everyone was welcome).
Caroline met and married her husband of 58 years on August 17, 1963. Caroline was a homemaker, mother of three, and supportive wife. She dedicated her life to her family and never met a stranger.
She raised her children with love and care! She played a huge role in and cared deeply for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Caroline supported Don in his early career, she helped him study to achieve Supervisor status at CB&I. Don and Caroline began an amazing journey where they lived in Venezuela, Scotland, and many other U.S. cities. During this time, they travel with their children, and she made sure they had seen and experienced wonderful adventures and were exposed to different cultures.
Don & Caroline eventually settled in Oklahoma where they began the first of many entrepreneurial adventures ultimately settling in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She was a constant provider of love, support, advice, and guidance for all of those around her.
Caroline was preceded in death her husband Donald Bundy, who passed away February 11, 2022. She was also preceded in death by her mother Betty Pearl Moddy, father James Daniels, brothers Jimmy, Bobby, and Billy Daniels.
Caroline is survived by her daughter Betty Villarreal and husband Enrique Villarreal of Rockport, Texas. Son, Troy Bundy and wife Lori Bundy of Tulsa, Ok. Daughter Donna Shanahan and husband Mike Shanahan of Sapulpa, Ok.
Grandchildren Brian Bundy, Sarah Shanahan, of Sapulpa, Ok. Jacob and Chelsea Shanahan of Naples, Florida. Emily and Haley Bundy of Tulsa, Ok.
Great Grandchildren, Natalie, Zack, Katy, and Hailey Bundy of Sapulpa, Ok. Freya Shanahan of Sapulpa, Ok and Bowie Shanahan of Naples, Florida.
