Obituary of Caroline Chit Hammer
Caroline Chit Hammer was born October 25, 1980 at Fairview Southdale in Edina, Mn. She passed away peacefully on March 17, 2024.
Caroline grew up in Bloomington, MN and graduated from Thomas Jefferson Senior High School class of 1999. She later moved to Shakopee where both of her children were born before moving to Waconia.
She loved her boys with all her heart and took great pride in watching them grow. She loved to celebrate all of their milestones and achievements. She was an incredibly loving auntie and was so excited and honored by that role. She also enjoyed home decor and fashion. Caroline had a knack for bringing beauty to everything she touched. She made friends easily everywhere she went. Her family and friends will share many stories of her loving heart, kind and compassionate nature, zest for fun and contagious laughter. She loved and was loved by all who knew her. Her presence will be greatly missed by all of us but her spirit will live on within everyone she touched.
Caroline was preceded in death by her mother Vera Peck, her brother Richard Chit, her father David Chit and her sister Dianez Chit.
Caroline is survived by her two sons Bradan Hammer and Colin Hammer, sister Pollee Parnell (Sean), brother Jim Chit and nieces Isabelle Parnell and Alexandra Parnell, Stepfather Gary Kanduth (Colleen).
Celebration of Life to be held on Tuesday, March 26th from 4 - 8:00pm at Cowboy Jack's in Bloomington 2801 Southtown Drive, Bloominton, Mn 55431. Light appetizers and drinks to be served.
