Carolyn A. Bowermaster, 90, of Newville, PA, passed away on August 19th 2025.
Born on August 14th 1935, she was the daughter of the late Paul L. and Jane M. (Sheaffer) Dick.
Carolyn was a graduate of Boiling Springs High School, class of 1953. She was employed and retired from P.R. Hoffman as the executive secretary.
Throughout the years she was a member of the Carlisle Musical Arts Association and the Industrial Management Club of Carlisle. Additionally, she was an avid piano player in the Boiling Springs area for years.
In addition to her parents, Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Bowermaster and son, Scott P. Yocum. Surviving Carolyn is her son; Jeffrey R. Yocum (Gina) of Newville; sister, Gloria J. Bream of Mt. Holly Springs and several grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
Funeral services and interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carolyn’s memory to the Alzheimer's Association: www.alz.org.
