Carolyn Haire Obituary

Carolyn Haire, a beacon of kindness and generosity, left this world on November 18, 2025, at the age of 82, in Carmel, Indiana, but her legacy of love and compassion remains a guiding light for all who knew her. Born on June 6, 1943, in Evansville, Indiana, Carolyn's life was a testament to the power of positivity and the impact one individual can have on the lives of many.

Carolyn's journey began as the cherished daughter of Clifford and Laviena Haire, both of whom predeceased her, leaving a foundation of strong family values that she carried throughout her life. Her brothers, Gary (Deborah) Haire and Ronald (Wendy) Haire, shared in the joys and challenges of life with her, and together they created a tapestry of memories that will be treasured forever.

A beloved aunt, Carolyn's spirit of love extended to her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Haire, Matthew (Jamie) Haire, and Brandon (Victoria) Haire, as well as her great-nieces and nephews, Jaxton, Maxwell, Rylan, Trever, Pane Richardson, Isabel, Mabel, and Dory. Each of them was touched by her unwavering support and the unique bond she cultivated with them, leaving an indelible mark on their hearts.

Carolyn's professional life was marked by dedication and excellence, having retired from Zenith where she not only contributed her skills but also formed lasting friendships and associations. Her commitment to her work was paralleled by her involvement in her community, where she was a respected and active member.

A devout member of the Immanuel Presbyterian Church, Carolyn's faith was a cornerstone of her existence. She served as a Sunday School Teacher, sharing her faith and wisdom with grace and enthusiasm. Her love for teaching and guiding others was a reflection of her loving nature and her desire to make a positive difference in the world.

Carolyn's interests were as varied as they were heartfelt. Her love for horses spoke to her adventurous spirit and connection with nature. Her hands, always busy with cross stitch, needlepoint, and crochet, created works of art that were as beautiful and intricate as the life she led.

To describe Carolyn as kind, generous, and loving is to capture only a glimpse of the extraordinary person she was. Her life was a masterclass in empathy and altruism, and her presence was a gift to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Carolyn's story is not one of an end but a continuing narrative of inspiration and hope.

As we celebrate Carolyn's life, we are reminded of the power of a positive spirit and the beauty of a life well-lived. Her memory will continue to motivate us to be better, to love more deeply, and to spread kindness without hesitation. Carolyn Haire's life was a blessing, and her legacy will continue to motivate and uplift for generations to come.

Visitation for Carolyn will be Friday, November 21, 2025 at 10 with service beginning at 11am. Burial will immediately follow
