Carolyn Turner Obituary
Carolyn was a graduate of Trigg County High School. She continued her education at Murray State University earning her bachelor's and master's degrees in education and English. Carolyn continued her education at University of Missouri earning her doctorate. She taught English at both Murray State University and University of Tennessee at Martin. Carolyn was a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ in Murray, KY.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother-in-law, Joe Steele.
She is survived by her sisters Betty Boren (James) and Evelyn Steele, nieces Melody Boren and Wendy Watson (Terry), nephew Jeff Steele (Alaina), and great nieces Melina and Makayla Watson and Kendyl Steele.
Private services will be held.
Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, TN and online condolences may be made at anglinfuneralhome.com
