Casey Bailey Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Miles J. Kimble Mortuary & Cremation on Jan. 6, 2026.
Casey Emanuel Bailey, age 40, of Memphis, Tennessee, formerly of Forrest City, Arkansas, transitioned from this life on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Casey was born on August 26, 1985, in Forrest City, Arkansas, to Emanuel "Pig" Steward, Jr., and Linda Bailey. At an early age, he accepted Christ and united with the family church, Madison Light Missionary Baptist Church. He was educated in the Forrest City School District and proudly graduated from Forrest City High School.

Following his graduation, Casey entered the workforce and was a dedicated employee, with his most recent employment being with DHL, where he worked diligently and took pride in providing for his family. He was a hard worker who understood responsibility and the importance of moving forward in life.

Casey deeply loved spending time with his daughter, whom he absolutely adored. He had his own unique sense of style and took pride in his appearance, enjoying fashion, jewelry, and keeping up with the latest shoes. Known for his humor, Casey always had something funny to say and could light up a room with laughter. A devoted Dallas Cowboys fan at heart, he remained loyal to his team through every season.

Casey was preceded in death by his father, Emanuel "Pig" Steward, Jr.; his grandparents, Doretha Bailey and Leonard Bailey, Emanuel Steward, Sr., and Rosie L. Vanzant-Steward; and Charles "Chuckie" Fleming, whom he loved as a brother.

He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved daughter, Caylee Marie Bailey of Forrest City, Arkansas; his loving mother, Linda Bailey of Memphis, Tennessee; his sisters, Tamera Bailey of Nashville, Tennessee, and Kierra Bailey of Memphis, Tennessee; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends who will forever remember his life, laughter, and legacy.
