Ms. Ora Cee Evans of Forrest City, Arkansas transitioned from this life on January 19, 2026, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ora was born on March 24, 1956, in Forrest City, Arkansas, to the late Junior Lee Willins and Annie Mae Willins.

On February 24, 1973, Ora was united in holy matrimony to Albert Evans, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Geneva Watson; her paternal grandparents, Otha Willins and Frankie Westbrook; and her maternal grandparents, David and Leola Forrest.

Ora attended Forrest City High School. After completing her education, she began her working career at Yale Hoist in Forrest City, Arkansas, and later at Lever Brothers in St. Louis, Missouri.

Ora leaves to cherish her loving memory her daughters, Kelli Willins of Irving, Texas, Tonjia Evans of Sandy Springs, Georgia, and Nicole Evans of Stone Mountain, Georgia; grandchildren, Jessie Adams, Jr. of Flint, Michigan, Shantwan Adams of Dallas, Texas, Anquanette Adams of Dallas, Texas, Resco Willins of Forney, Texas, Vernell Fowler, Jr., Tajh Fowler, Tiyanna Fowler, and Taquisha Evans, all of Sandy Springs, Georgia, and Eric Hargraves, Jr. of Euless, Texas; thirteen great-grandchildren; siblings, Larry Willins of DeSoto, Texas, Carolyn Winkfield of West Memphis, Arkansas, Terry (Odessa) Willins of Colt, Arkansas, and Teresa (Tesell) Smith of Houston, Texas; aunt, Barbara Young of Stockbridge, Georgia; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Ora Cee was truly the life of the party and was loved by all who came in contact with her. She never met a stranger, and her love, laughter, and spirited presence will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

A private memorial service will be held by the family. This obituary was submitted by immediate family members.
