A native of Panama City, Florida, he is the son of John Mongeau of Shelbyville, Tennessee and Michelle Kelsey Riggins of Moore County, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Margot Benjamin and his maternal grandparents, Jerry and Patricia Kelsey.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Lynchburg Funeral Home in Lynchburg, Tennessee with Andy Keffer officiating. Burial will follow in Raby Cemetery. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
Casey was a high school graduate and employed with the Walmart Distribution Center in Shelbyville, Tennessee.
His survivors include his father, John (Cathy) Mongeau of Shelbyville, Tennessee, mother, Michelle (Anthony) Riggins of Moore County, Tennessee, brothers, Chris (Cortney) Mongeau of Shelbyville, Tennessee¸ Brian Mongeau of Huntington Beach, California, and nephews, Dexter and Ollie Mongeau.
