Cassandra "Cassie" Pan, devoted wife, beloved daughter and cherished sister, passed away suddenly on November 4 2024, in Windham, NH, at the age of 33. Born on August 6, 1991, in Quincy, MA, Cassie was a radiant spirit whose love for life was matched only by her deep affection for her family and friends.
Cassie's passion for bodybuilding was just one of the many facets that made her who she was. She dedicated herself to the sport wholeheartedly, achieving her proudest accomplishment of placing in bodybuilding competitions. Her commitment and discipline inspired those around her, and her fun-loving nature brought joy to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Cassie's vibrant personality shone through in everything she did; she was known for being funny, loud, outgoing, and fiercely loyal.
She was never without her beloved dogs, who were her loyal companions throughout life's adventures. Cassie had such a deep affection for dogs that she even cared for them with the same love and attention she showered upon her family.
Cassie’s vibrant spirit left an indelible mark on all her experiences. A free spirit at heart, her tattooed canvas told the stories of adventures, milestones, and moments that mattered. Her love for horror movies, tattoos, and concerts, reflected her lively personality.
Her love for family was unwavering. Cassie adored her nieces and nephews, often helping to take care of them and ensuring they felt cherished. Her bond with her husband, Micheal, was particularly special; they fell in love at the gym and built a beautiful life together over their 12 years together, 5 of those years of married. One of their most treasured memories was their wedding day where they stood alone under Rattlesnake Waterfall in Flume, Maine to say " I do", a testament to their deep connection and shared adventures.
Cassie's journey may have been cut short, but the echoes of her laughter, the love she gave so freely, and the bonds she forged with those around her will resonate for years to come. As we remember Cassie, let us hold dear the moments of joy she brought into our lives and honor the profound love she so graciously shared. Her legacy of laughter, strength, and loyalty will forever guide us and remind us to live life to the fullest, just as she did.
