Catherine M. Fiorile

Catherine (Kathy) M. Fiorile (nee O'Hara) age 76 of Mantua, NJ passed peacefully on March 2, 2023. Kathy is survived by her husband, Domenic Fiorile, their children George (Nancy) Fiorile, Donna (Robert) Tucci, and grandchildren, Mary and Michael Fiorile and Anthony and Domenic Tucci. She is also survived by her loving sisters Laura Geitz and Patricia Sirolli who always provided Kathy with love and comfort especially during her final days. She is predeceased by her brothers Frank and David and sister Sally.
Kathy was a hard-working loving mother and wife for 58 years. After raising her children and working in Paulsboro, Kathy entered Nursing school at the age of 50 and became an LPN. She showed much strength and determination to complete the curriculum and did so with flying colors. For the next 15 years she provided comfort and care for numerous patients at Shady Lane Nursing Home and later at St. Mary's in Cherry Hill. Her compassion for her patients was the number one priority and greatly appreciated by many families over the years. Though Kathy loved nursing, nothing brought her more happiness than her grandchildren and hearing their stories and adventures. They were the topic of every conversation since the day they were born. She loved them dearly.
A special thanks to the staff at Inspira Hospital in Mullica Hill who provided phenomenal care and compassion to both Kathy and her family over the past few weeks.
Family and friends may visit from 9:45 am to 10:45 am on Friday, March 17, 2023 at Church of The Incarnation, 240 Main St., Mantua, NJ. Mass will be held at 11:00 am. Burial will be private.
