She was born on December 19, 1931, in Woodsfield, Ohio, to the late Clarence and Vada (Roth) Ullman.
Catherine worked as a laborer for Rohrer Painting for 23 years, retiring in 1987. She was a longtime member of Rittman Christian Church and enjoyed traveling, spending time with her children, and especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are her sons, Donald Meade, Dale Meade, and Richard (Judy) Meade, all of Rittman; many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; her brother, Thurman (Beulah) Ullman of Smithville; her sister, Donna Isaac of Rittman; and sister-in-law, Wanda (Dick) Perry.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Day; her second husband, Robert Meade; and her daughter-in-law, Kay Meade.
Friends may call on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Rittman Christian Church, 50 N. Main Street, Rittman.
A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Michael R. Hatton officiating. Burial will take place at Rittman Cemetery.
