Shelia M. (Owen) Frazier went to be with our Lord on September 28, 2025. She was a graduate of Rittman High School Class of 1987. Proceeding her death was her Best Friend Jody (May) Woolever, September 2024. Her grandparents/adoptive parents Everett L. Owen in 2003 and Hilda M. (Antill) Owen in 2012. Her biological father Ernest L. Owen August 2024, stepmother Sarah (Forrer) Owen February 2022, as well as her biological mother Danita (McKenzie) Eggers September 2020.

Shelia is survived by her sons Charles Frazier of Cleveland, Brandon J. Frazier of Dalton, ex-husband Charles Frazier of Akron, and her fiancé Peter Friesel also of Dalton. Also, surviving are her brother Robert L. Owen of Dalton, Charles and Marlana Owen of Ashtabula and sister Teresa M. Owen, also of Ashtabula. Aunt LaVonne S. (Owen) Silva of Rittman, and Uncle Lewis D. and Mary Ann Owen of Wadsworth. Many nieces, cousins, and nephew.

Shelia attended Grace Cathedral in Cuyahoga Falls, OH and had many interests, especially Mickey Mouse. She had a passion for Native American art and culture. Shelia loved and held her family dear and everyone that supported, encouraged, and walked with her through her life. She will be greatly missed by everyone.

Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
