Catherine Mokry

Catherine Mokry, (nee Flannigan), of Sayler Park in Cincinnati, Ohio, went to meet her heavenly Father on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 95 years of age.

Loving mother of five sons and one daughter, Mark Tillinghast (Tim Oliver), the late David Tillinghast, Joel Tillinghast, Andrew (Jane) Tillinghast, the late Bill Tillinghast and Carrie Tillinghast (Mohamed Khalaf).

Devoted grandmother of Roxann Tillinghast (Roberto Molina), Amber Tillinghast and Benjamin Tillinghast. Adoring great-grandmother of Quincy (Kira), Chaim, Tatem, Liliana, Havana, Aiven, Autumn (Brandon), Cecily, August and Atlas and great-great-grandmother of Vivienne, Theodore and Isabelle.

Catherine was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Willyoung, her ex-husband Bruce Tillinghast, husband Hugh McAfee and more recently husband Joe Mokry. 

Catherine was generous to all who knew her.  She had a love for life, home, family and friends and was active well into her early nineties.  Most importantly was her love for her children, saying they were the "gift of life'' itself.  

Visitation will be held at Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home on Monday, December 23 from 10 am to 12 pm, 2880 Boudinot Ave.  Funeral Service will follow at Cedars of Lebanon Chapel at Spring Grove Cemetery at 12:30 pm.
