Catherine Patricia (Pat) Weatherstone, 80, of Lansdale, PA passed away on May 11, 2023. She was the beloved wife of George Weatherstone Sr for over 62 years. Catherine was born in North Philadelphia, PA on September 13, 1942 to the late James and Genevieve (Brady) Burke. Catherine raised her family in Germantown and retired to The Villas Cape May prior to moving back to Philadelphia area to be closer to family. Catherine was an avid bowler and enjoyed crafting and shopping. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, for whom she was a fierce protector. Along with her husband, she is survived by her three children: George Weatherstone Jr (Noreen), Michele Walsh (Paul), Kathleen Walsh (Patrick); 4 grandchildren: Paul Walsh, Jr. (Sara), Kensie Weatherstone (David D'Orio), Coleman Weatherstone, Aidan Walsh (Bridget O'Donnell); 3 great-grandchildren: Zoe Patricia Walsh, Ophelia Kea Walsh, Goldie-Anne Starla Walsh; her brother James Burke II, brother-in-law Anthony Donahue and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Robert Burke, sister Marie Donahue (Anthony) and sister-in-law, Edith Burke. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Service on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11 AM at the Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral home and Crematory, 951 E. Butler Pike, Ambler, PA 19002. A visitation will be held prior from 9:30 AM to 11 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Catherine to: Tunnels to Towers Foundation https://t2t.org/ or to Papermill Food Hub, https://www.papermillfoodhub.com/.
