1957-2025
Cathi Sue Biehn, 67, Atchison, Kansas, passed away Thursday morning, August 14, 2025, at Atchison Medical Lodge with her daughter, Karla Kay Rebant, by her side.
She was born October 6, 1957, in Smith Center, Kansas, to Ivan and Charlotte (Brott) Biehn. Ivan would later remarry Patricia Ann Jones in 1975.
Cathi proudly served her country in the U.S. Army for 14 years Active duty then additional 4 years in the Army Reserves.
After her military service, Cathi enrolled at Saint Mary's University in Leavenworth, KS where she completed 4 years and graduated with her bachelor's in psychology and Bachelor of Arts. She then proceeded a career in corrections as an officer for Lansing Correctional Facility for 8 years.
She enjoyed seeing her grandkids play football and watching them strive during wrestling season. She also was active with her local VFW chapter.
She was preceded in death by her father Ivan L. Biehn.
Survivors include her only child, a daughter, Karla Kay Rebant; Her son-in-law Josh Rebant and their four children, Gavin Rebant, Jacob Rebant, Kelsey Kay Rebant and Titan Rebant.
