Cathryn M Mitchell

Cathryn M. Mitchell, 57, passed away on March 6, 2026, in Toano, Virginia. Born on March 9, 1968, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the beloved daughter of Roy C. and Jean M. Mitchell and was preceded in death by her husband Paul R. Berlin.

Cathryn dedicated her life to caring for others as a registered nurse. Her compassion and commitment to her patients left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her gentle spirit and unwavering dedication to her work will be remembered fondly by colleagues and patients alike.

She is survived by her loving mother, Jean M. Mitchell; her devoted daughter, Sydney Berlin; and her brother, David C. Mitchell (Jesicca). Cathryn was also a proud and loving aunt to Rebekah, Triston, and Kyle Mitchell.

Cathryn's legacy of kindness and care will continue to live on through her family and all those whose lives she touched. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will hold her memory close to their hearts.
