Cathy A Boudreau

Mechanicville – Cathy A. Boudreau, 67, of Mechanicville, passed away at Saratoga Hospital, Saratoga Springs, NY on Sunday, March 29, 2026. She was born in Troy and was the daughter of the late George and Joan McGowan Boudreau. She graduated from Shenendehowa High School, earned her bachelor's degree at SUNY Plattsburgh and she received her master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University at Buffalo. She worked as a Speech Therapist at VanSchaick Island Grade School in Cohoes. Survived by her son Aaron (Jen) Boudreau of Stillwater and grandmother of Cooper Boudreau. Sister of George P. Boudreau of Indian Lake and Gary Boudreau (Paula Lieberman) of Durango, CO and nephews Christopher Boudreau and Casey Boudreau. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 1:00pm, at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes.
