Cathy was the beloved daughter of the late Willie and Beth (Farmer) Bruton, whose memories she cherished deeply throughout her life. A graduate of high school, Cathy dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her family as a homemaker, creating a warm and nurturing environment filled with love and care. Her love for animals, especially dogs and cats, was evident to all who knew her, and she found great joy in their companionship.
She leaves behind her devoted husband, Michael F. Squire, and her loving son, Michael B. Squire, along with numerous other family members and friends who will profoundly feel her absence.
In accordance with her wishes, Cathy's cremated remains will be interred next to her mother at Forest Lawn in Norfolk, at a date yet to be determined. Cremation & Funeral Services of Tidewater is honored to assist her family during this difficult time.
The family invites those who knew Cathy to share memories and express condolences at CandFServices.com. She will be remembered for the love and kindness she bestowed upon all who were fortunate enough to know her.
