Suzie will be remembered by her daughters, Kristi Burke, Nicholasville, Raelynn Waters (David), Versailles, step-daughter, Tracey Adams (Daniel), Lexington, mother, Hazel Bowman Sweeney, Lexington, sister, Betty Sweeney, Lexington, grandchildren, Jacob Spurlock, Gracie Burke, Connor Adams, Casen Waters, Lilah Waters, and great grandchild, Waylon Spurlock.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Burke, father, Raymond Sweeney.
A Celebration of Suzie's life will be held from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Thursday October 23, 2025, at Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home.
Family and friends are encouraged to share memories and leave messages of condolence here on Suzie's tribute wall.
