Cathy Marion Obituary
Cathy L. (House) Marion, age 75 of Eaton, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Born on September 29, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio. She graduated from Eaton High School in 1968 and Sinclair Community College in 1990.
Cathy worked as Paramedic for Harrison Township in Montgomery County, Good Samaritan Hospital ER, and the Eaton Emergency Squad and retired in 2012.
She had volunteered for over 35 years decorating and helping with the wonderful Whispering Christmas event held at Fort St. Clair Park in Eaton, Ohio. Member of the First Baptist Church in Eaton, Ohio for over 50 years. Cathy was an avid dog lover.
A Special Thanks to the staff of Hospice of Dayton for all their love & care.
Preceded by her father, James William House, Sr.; stepfather, James O’Roark; son, Mathew Scott Marion; twin grandchildren, Jennifer & Joshua Marion.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Don Marion; daughter, Mileah (Jeff) Miller; son, Jason E. Marion; mother, Elizabeth O’Roark; brothers, Jim W. (Kathy) House and Tom A. House; 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 22, 2025 at First Baptist Church, 1407 N. Barron St., Eaton, Ohio with Pastor Andrew Stensaas officiating. Interment will be held at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Saturday at the church prior to the funeral.
