Cecil Ralph, a cherished resident of Goodlettsville, TN, passed away peacefully on August 23,2024, at the age of 82. Born on November 3, 1941, in Goodlettsville, Cecil lived a life marked by dedication, kindness, and a strong work ethic.
For 22 years, Cecil devoted his professional life to Roadway Express, where he was known for his commitment and reliability before he chose to retire. His easy-going personality and willingness to help others endeared him to both colleagues and friends alike, earning him a reputation as a good man who would do anything for those he cared about.
Cecil had a variety of interests that brought him joy, especially spending time at Worshem Store with friends and engaging in farming.
Cecil leaves behind his beloved children, Steven Ralph, James Ralph, and Allen Ralph; his siblings, Lee Elbert, Kenneth Ralph, JoAnn Kizer, Linda Davis, and Jane Stults; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who will carry his memory forward.
He rejoins his parents, Elbert and Nora Lee Ralph; his beloved wife, Gloria Ralph; and his sister, Joyce Roberts, in eternal rest.
A visitation will be held in his honor on August 30, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Goodlettsville, followed by burial in the church cemetery.
Friends and family are invited to gather and remember the wonderful life that Cecil led. His legacy of kindness and goodwill will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
