Cecile J. Farley

1933 - 2021

WOONSOCKET - Cecile J. Farley 87, of Mendon Rd. passed away on January 27, 2021. She was the wife of the late Paul Farley. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Therese (Mayer) Lewberg. Cecile was an assembler for Invensys for over five years. She enjoyed going to the casino with her husband. Cecile loved to read and go for walks, but mostly she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons, Eric Farley and his wife Jeannette of N. Smithfield, and Douglas Farley and his wife Kristin of Cumberland; a daughter, Dawn O'Brien and her husband Richard of Whitinsville; four brothers, Robert Lewberg of WA, Emile Lewberg of CA, Albert Lewberg of Utah, and Ronald Lewberg of ME; a sister Therese Lapierre of North Smithfield; five grand- children, Jacquelyn, Richard, Jiliane, Nicholas, and Andrew, and three great-grandchild- ren, Cameron Natalie, and Josephine. Cecile was predeceased by a son Wayne Farley and siblings Henry, Ernest, and Gerald Lewberg and Muriel Giguere.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, February 5, 2021 at 10:00 AM at All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial will be private. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home.
