Cecilia served as the financial officer at American Legion Post #167 for over 12 years. She enjoyed quilting, reading, gardening, and teaching.
Survivors include her son, Matthew Stohr of St. Augustine, FL; daughter, Heidi Stohr of Marlborough, MA; sisters, Frances Mattioli of Worcester, MA, Alyce Dusablon of Boca Raton, FL, and Gilles Dusablon of Boca Raton, FL; and grandchild, Kayleigh Stohr.
A graveside service to honor the life of Ms. Cecilia T. Desilets will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA, with military honors being provided by American Legion Post #167.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with the arrangements for Ms. Cecilia T. Desilets.
