Cecilia attended Central State University After transferring to Oklahoma City Southwestern College, she received an associate's degree in pre-law, and later earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Draughon School of Business. She was a member of Zi Zeta chapter of Beta Sigma Phi.
Cecilia worked professionally as a model. She also worked as a sales associate for retailers such as Dillard's, and Pep Boys, where she was employed most recently.
Along with her parents, Cecilia was a lifelong member of Putnam City Baptist Church.
Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her aunts, Shirley Fowler of Hackett, Arkansas
and Sue Pyatt and her husband Bob Pyatt of Springdale, Arkansas; and many cousins.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 19 at 1:30pm in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.

Cecilia was a lovely person. She was always helping with our PCHS Alumni activities. She was a proud Pirate. She was always impeccably dressed. Cecilia will be missed by all of us. God smiled when He welcomed her home.
