Connie Sue Farrell, 76, passed away on August 24, 2025 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born July 12, 1949 to Bobby Gene Eldridge and Jane Ann Calaway Eldridge in Edmond, OK. She married Alan Farrell on June 1, 1968 in Lindsay, OK. Connie retired as a Registered Nurse in 2013 after earning her Associates Degree in 1992 at the age of 43.

Connie enjoyed being a mother and Mamaw to four grandsons, one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter. She was passionate about attending and supporting them at a myriad of baseball games and dance recitals. Of course, she thought they were the best players on the field and best dancer on the stage.

She was an excellent cook and enjoyed family dinners where she was the queen of the kitchen. She was also the cook for Village Baptist Church for several years assisted by her sister-in-law, Elizabeth Johnson. Legendary meals were prepared for 150+ members including her famous homemade hot rolls at every meal and cinnamon rolls on occasion. Her cinnamon roll recipe was handed down from her great-grandmother. Her family was the beneficiary of these incomparable cinnamon rolls. When Connie passed the family recipe down to her daughter, Keri, it became a popular fundraising tool for dance and mission trips. Many have requested her recipe but it is still a family secret.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband, Alan Farrell; son, Christopher and wife Wendi; daughter, Keri Patrick and husband David; grandchildren, Tristan Farrell and wife Sami, Kylie Reindl and husband Swade; great-granddaughter, Millie Jane; and Cooper Patrick, Nash Farrell and Colton Patrick.

She is also survived by brother, Randy Eldridge and wife Maria; nephew, Curtis; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Johnson and husband Greg; nephew, Jeff Johnson and son Michael; and niece, Sara Crawford and husband Tom and children, Wren and Grady.

Connie lived her life as a Christian. She was sweet, loving, kind, compassionate and loyal.

Connie's devotion and love for husband, Alan, was immeasurable and they were inseparable. She enjoyed their church families in Oklahoma City, Indianapolis, Indiana and Lafayette, Louisiana. She served her church and joined her husband in teaching couples Sunday School in each of these cities. Connie and Alan enjoyed special times together during their many trips to Branson, Missouri. Connie was an avid OU Sooner and OKC Thunder fan. Everyone proclaims she was a beautiful person inside and out.

Celebration of Life will be held at Quail Springs Baptist Church on Friday, August 29, 10:30am with our friend and former Pastor, Ted Kersh presiding.
