Cesar Casco, 50, of Rock Island, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Monday, November 4, 2024, at home.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 14, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Moline, with Father Antonio Dittmer officiating. Visitation is 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Burial is in Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to the family.
Cesar was born on January 14, 1974, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Ricardo and Nicolasa (Quintana) Casco. He managed Nico’s Tires in Rock Island for many years, where he was known for his dedication and warmth with customers and colleagues alike.
A lover of music, Cesar enjoyed listening to songs of all kinds, especially those by The Beatles. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan and a dedicated follower of Star Wars. Above all, family was the cornerstone of Cesar's life, and he cherished his time with his children and grandchildren.
Cesar is survived by his children, Cara (Chad Hodgson) Casco of Rock Island, Michael Casco of Moline, and Antonio Gregory-Casco, Cesar Casco, Jr., Cecilia Casco, Carlos Casco, and Dominic Casco, all of Milan; three grandchildren, Elias Casco, Xenius Casco, and Roselyse Casco-Hodgson; siblings, Jessie Casco of Moline, Ricardo (Christina Garzon) Casco, Jr. of Rock Island, and Juana (Jeremy Seiber) Casco of Moline; nieces and nephews, Alexis, Chabela, Karyna, Maria, Kristian, Marisa, Sabrina, Adriana, Ava, Nailea, Kaia, Kaelani, Ricardo III, Julian, Yesenia, Mason, Myles, and Sonya, and their families; and dear friends Kristian Lavino and Dale English, who were like brothers to Cesar. He was preceded in death by his parents and his great-niece, Maciella Harned.
