Cesar Hilario Salazar, a cherished family man, esteemed businessman, and a beacon of joy to all who knew him, passed away on August 15, 2025, at the age of 52. Born on March 27, 1973, in Acapulco, Mexico, Cesar's journey led him to Perris, California, where he spent his final moments surrounded by the love of his family.

Cesar's life was marked by his deep commitment to his family, his entrepreneurial spirit, and his infectious love for life. He leaves behind his devoted wife of 24 years, Nancy Salazar, and their five beloved children: Joseph, Cody, Alina, Khloe, and Alyssa. His legacy continues through his two grandchildren, Atlas and Benjamin, who brought immense joy and pride to his life. Cesar's love and laughter will also be deeply missed by his mother Socorro and his siblings, Balvina, Robert, Julio, Maria, Karina, and Judy.

Raised in Anaheim, California, Cesar was a proud graduate of Katella High School. His education laid the foundation for his future success as the Owner and Operator of Cesar's Pest Control, a business he passionately led for 26 years. His dedication to his work was only matched by his dedication to his family and community.

A true River Rat at heart, Cesar reveled in the thrills of boating, and his frequent trips to Lake Havasu, and the Parker and Laughlin Rivers were among his most cherished moments. His love for the Dallas Cowboys was undeniable, and he never missed a chance to cheer on his favorite team. Cesar's competitive spirit shone brightly on the golf course and the softball field, where he played with as much enthusiasm as he lived his life.

Cesar's personality was larger than life. He was funny, charismatic, and caring, with a heart as vast as the ocean. His presence was always known, whether it was from his distinctive whistle or the peals of laughter that followed his dark sense of humor. Cesar was the life of the party, and his absence will leave a void impossible to fill.

Those who knew Cesar will remember him as kind and friendly, a man who made friends with ease and kept them for life. His ability to light up a room with his smile and laughter was unparalleled, and he will be remembered for the warmth and love he generously shared.

Cesar Hilario Salazar lived a life full of love, laughter, and dedication to those he held dear. As we say farewell to this remarkable man, we celebrate the memories he has left behind, the lives he has touched, and the indelible mark he has made on this world. Cesar's spirit will continue to inspire and guide us, and his story will be told for generations to come. Rest in peace, dear Cesar, until we meet again.
