He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Dean Denny.
Chad is survived by the light of his life, his daughter, Jasmyn Kelley and her husband Jerad, of Colcord, Oklahoma; his mother Linda Denny, of the home; father, Willard Goates, of Lowell, AR; brother, Joey Goates and his wife Tara, of Bentonville, AR; nephews, Ashton and Tanner; his cousin, Nevaeh Stines, who is close as a sister; and many extended family members that will miss him so much.
Chad's funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 21, 2025, 2:00 p.m., at Wasson Chapel, 441 Hwy 412 W., Siloam Springs, AR, 72761, with Pastor David Dodson officiating.
