He is survived by his father, Wayne Kreftmeyer of Union; mother and step-father, Brenda and Richard Mitchell of Pocahontas, AR; brother, Nicholas Wayne Kreftmeyer; uncle, Henry Kreftmeyer; three aunts, Violet Scharfenberg, Brenda Aholt, Elizabeth Moores; and many other cherished family members and friends.
A visitation will be held for 40-year-old Chad Kreftmeyer on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Oltmann Funeral Home in Union, Missouri.
