It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Chad Avery Rayl, who departed this life on January 31, 2026, at the age of 52. He was born on December 16, 1973, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Debra S. (Cochran) Rayl and Charles A. Rayl. Chad was a dedicated lineman for B. F. Goodrich Tire, where he brought his hard work and commitment to the tire manufacturing industry for many years. He also had a passion and commitment to his business, CR Sportz Cardz.

Chad enjoyed his family and especially his great nieces & nephews. He was always the life of the party.

Chad is survived by his beloved daughter, Anastacia Rayl, his common law spouse, Donna Summerville, his parents, Debra S. Rayl (Frances) and Charles A. Rayl (Michele), and his sisters, Angela A. Perkins, Stephanie S. Clark (JJ), and Sarah Rayl, his brothers, Richard Rayl (Joann) and Scott Rayl (Kala). He is also survived by nieces and nephews. He will be remembered for his warm spirit, his loving nature, and his unwavering dedication to his family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the public visitation, which will take place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Divine Mercy Funeral Home-Cedar Canyons, 1986 W. Cedar Canyons Rd., Huntertown, IN 46748. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at the same location at 1:00 PM.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.

Chad will be dearly missed, but his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
